Everyone's safety is our primary concern.   We pride ourselves on the level of cleanliness we've always provided to our guests.  Recently we have been working closely with Placer County, local & ER physicians, CHLA and the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association to develop safe and sanitary protocols for all Lake Tahoe lodging properties in an effort to assure guests and employee safety.

Below you will find what we are asking guests and what we are doing to help prevent the spread of Covid 19

2) You have not traveled to a restricted area as listed by the US State Department or any other area with an growing Covid infection rate?
3) You are not experiencing any symptoms such as cough, fever shortness of breath, headaches, etc.....  ?

If you answered yes to any of the above, Please STOP and contact us before entering the property. 530-525-1553

We ask that guests to please practice the following when on the property
1) wear mask or facial covering when social distancing is not possible.

     common area
3) Practice social distancing when in and around the property.
4) Be kind and respectful of anyone who may be in a risk group.

Doing our Part

Tahoma Meadows is taking the following measures to insure your safety.
  • Staff will be trained in proper protocols regarding guests, sanitation and social distancing
  • Extra cleaning of any commonly touched surfaces in and around the property
  • Limiting face to face contact.   Including outside and remote check-in,
  • Limited stay over service as per CHLA guidelines.
  • Approved sanitizers used on all surfaces in-between guests. All linens washed with hot water and properly sanitized.
  • UVC and ozone used to super sanitize when needed
  • Extended time between guest departures and arrivals for sanitation.   Limited   early check-in and late check-outs.
  • Staff will all use proper distancing and/or ppe when interacting with guests.
  • Decorative and non-essential items have been removed from rooms for easier sanitation.
  • No one is allowed into sanitized rooms until check-in.
  • Common indoor areas are not accessible to guests at this time.

We are still working out the details for food service with Placer County.   At this time we are not offering food service until these details can be worked out.  Most likely we will be serving to go foods only from our main building for the summer.

Please call or email if you have any questions regarding our protocols.  We all have a responsibility to prevent the spread of CV19.  Help buoy everyone's Tahoe experience.     Keep Tahoe Strong.
